The facilities and equipment installed in the Hansolbio factory are designed and completed as satisfying the requirements of the latest quality management regulations. Hansol has built a HVAC system especially for medical manufacturing level to prevent the contaminated air from entering, as well as establish a thorough facility management system; thereby, the company has acquired ISO 9001 quality management certificate as the international quality management and cGMP certificate by KFDA. Hansol is equipped with various facilities covering small to mass production, as well as small quantity batch production. Hansol also expanded the factory to in order to stably satisfy the production and delivery demands.

The systemized employee training enables a through and complete sanitation management, thereby, making an efforts to minimize the defects rates but improve the production efficiency. We are committed to making an effort to satisfy customer required delivery date through a complete and thorough production schedule management.

We are rather approaching the strict and tough process than easy and simple production method in order to develop the best quality.
Especially we are producing many fermented products using the vegetable ingredients, thereby, treating many microorganisms for vegetable ingredients and extracts. For such reason, the most common way to remove the microorganisms is preservative. But instead of using preservative, we rather chose heating at a constant temperature to remove them. For such reason, we are recognized as highly satisfactory and reliable company by clients, and this is a key factor that enhances our competitiveness.

Manufacturing room Homo mixer 500 kg, homo mixer 100 kg, tank 300kg, disper mixer, work table, tank 100 kg Unique point of manufacturing room:HVAC system that completely prevents contamination from entering and cooling/heating system capable of maintaining the optimal temperature regardless of seasons installed in the manufacturing room is the cGMP sanitary equipment. In this room, the ultra homo mixer capable of producing high viscosity fluids is also installed, thereby, capable of producing cosmetics from 30kg to 500 kg in a diverse formula. .

Water purifier room Purified water generation system, cooler Unique point of water purifier room:A system designed to supply highly purified water through the 5-phase purification (Ion exchange, active carbon absorption, reverse osmosis, micro filter, UV sanitation). This maintains optimal pH level through the automated system so supplies safe and purified water through the quality inspection performed on daily process based upon the cGMP quality management.

A QR system that connects overall distribution pathways from packing to end-users for the achievement of perfect quality has introduced to establish the differentiated packing management system.
